The Land Contamination Risk Management guidance sets out the UK’s approach to dealing with contaminated land. It includes a tiered approach based on the Source-Pathway-Receptor conceptual site model. This presentation will discuss how to follow this approach for ground gas issues and avoid ‘just-in case’ decisions which can lead to project delays and additional costs.
